I know a lot of local people that will do similar things as what Chris Darling does but  something inside of me just kept me from working with them.  I met Chris through a networking website and we truly connected.  She offered to give me a free SEO analysis of my current website.

Now, some of these marketers out there will offer the same thing.  But, let me tell you, she not only followed through with it but  I got a report that told me exactly what to do, step by step, to make my website more search engine friendly.  It was not very difficult to implement but I saw that there is a bit of a mixture of art and science behind it.  She explained things to me that I did not realize before would have such an impact on my site.

Then, I went for it.  I hired Chris to do her My Map Magic campaign.  She told me there were no guarantees on where and when I would appear.  I have talked to a bunch of other people that sometimes don’t clearly identify themselves and lead you to believe they work for Google and can guarantee you a spot in the top 7.  Anyway, Chris said there are no guarantees but laid out her plan of action to get me there.

After only 3 weeks of her beginning the My Map Magic campaign, I found myself in the top 7 of Google local maps!  Wow!  I spent months searching for myself online with all sorts of different keyword variations and getting nothing.  Then, I found Chris and she gets me on page 1 of Google within 3 short weeks!

Chris keeps me up to date with the progress of my campaign constantly.  I am not left wondering what is going on with my marketing campaign.  I would refer Chris Darling as the solution to your website and online marketing problems over anyone else!

Conductive Electric Beats His Competition

Before working with Chris Darling from Darling SEO, I had absolutely no presence online outside of very expensive listings with places like Service Magic and the Yellow Pages.

Since working with Chris, I have experienced an extremely hassle free journey to taking my business online. She has helped me represent my business in such a way that I stand out from all of the other electrical contractors in the area.

As a result of the time I have invested in working with Chris Darling I have seen my business website rise to the top of search results for many different keyword phrases.  I have been able to get more business from the very areas I target.

Earlier this year, I landed a huge contract from someone doing a Google search that was half way across the United States.  I’ve even landed contracts with people that literally live down the street from my competitors just because I was the obvious choice to them when they searched online.  They were not looking down the street, they were looking in Google!

If you are thinking about working with Chris I would say secure her services before your main competitor does because she is a loyal SEO consultant and really goes above and beyond to help you get more business from the Internet.

All American Fence Online Marketing Results

My name is Dale Wingo, owner and lead installer for All American Fence Co., Inc. of Delaware.  In the seven years my company has been in business, there are a few important lessons I have learned about running a profitable fence company.

First, like many contracting companies, my company’s profitability relies on a high volume of customer leads to generate a consistent flow of customer jobs.

Second, I learned that my customers require a fair amount of information regarding fence materials, lead times, material durability, and previous job referrals before they are willing to sign a contract.

After all, they are spending a significant amount of money, and they want to be sure they are going to get what they pay for.  Finally, I learned that being both president and lead installer limits time for soliciting potential customers.  Therefore, I needed to figure out how to generate a larger volume of leads and provide customers all the information they needed without giving up valuable installation time.

This is where Chris Darling came in.  We signed a contract with her to redesign and maintain our company website last summer.  This was a difficult decision, because we were in a recession, business was down, finances were tight, and we just were not sure if the timing was right.  We questioned whether the return on investment was going to be enough to justify the expense.

Chris provided us with a lot of information about what she could do to increase our customer base.  After hearing everything that her company could offer us, we decided to go ahead and make the investment.

A year later, I can tell you the investment has paid off.  After only a couple of months, online estimate requests more than doubled and we have seen a consistent rate of new requests since that time.  Customer leads generated solely from the Internet have grown from a very small 8% to over 50%.

Time spent responding to simple customer questions has been reduced significantly, because many customer questions about fence designs, materials, and other installation questions can be answered by viewing the website and the gallery of previous jobs.

Most exciting has been the increase in the average number of customer leads that have turned into signed contracts.  For six years, our turnaround ratio was fairly consistent, about 50%.  Over the last year, we have seen this percentage increase to 75%.

We believe the increased percentage is largely attributed to the fact that we are now able to respond to customer requests more efficiently and effectively, because of the redesigned website.

The recession last year threatened the survival of many small companies.  Like many other businesses, our company was taking a hit.  We are thrilled that we were able to report a profit last year when so many other small businesses took a loss or simply didn’t survive the economy.

This year, we are off to a great start, and we know that we can attribute a lot of our success to the increased number of customer leads and customer contracts generated as a result of people searching the website and finding us!  We are so thankful for everything Chris Darling does to help our business grow!
